Career: Seiple played in 150 games in his career, punting 633 times for 25,347 yards and a 40.0 average. He also caught 73 passes for 934 yards (12.8) and seven touchdowns and rushed 16 times for 159 yards. Seiple led the AFC with 17 punts inside the 20-yard line in 1975 and kicked another 14 inside the 20-yard line in 1976. His most memorable exploit was a 37-yard run on a fake punt against Pittsburgh in the 1972 AFC Championship game, which set up the Dolphins first touchdown. Seiple led the Dolphins with 41 receptions for 577 yards and five touchdowns in 1969 while playing tight end. Seiple's 633 career punts ranks first all-time in Dolphins history and his 73-yard blast against Pittsburgh (11/14/71) is tied for second longest punt in team history.
